Have
You Ever Used an Antiaging Product?
What
does anti-aging mean exactly? I know
that "anti" means against
or opposed to something, right?
So I suppose anti-aging
would mean against or opposed to aging. Well, I don’t consider
myself “against or opposed”
to aging but of course I want to look and feel as young as I possibly
can.
Just out of curiosity I
looked up anti-aging in the dictionary and here is the formal
definition I
found:
Delaying or lessening the effects of aging,
especially on the skin: an anti-aging cream.

Well, it seems to me that
"anti aging cream" being synonymous with "anti aging" is a bit of a
stretch, but the first part of
that definition does seem very accurate and palatable. I don't think
being opposed or against aging would be a very healthy attitude, but
whenever I hear of anything to "reverse" aging or to "look younger" I
must admit, I'm all ears. LOL (that's text speak for laugh out loud)
I suppose most of us over
the age of 40 are interested in delaying or lessening the effects of
aging. It’s perfectly natural
to want to look and feel our best.
Whether we use anti-aging
creams as suggested in our formal definition, or any other antiaging
product to
accomplish that end, it just shows that we care about our appearance,
and to me, that is a healthy attitude! Beside the anti-aging
creams
we’ve already mentioned, there are many other antiaging
products on the market today. In researching this article
here are some of the
related keywords that I found:
anti-aging supplements
(sometimes referred to as anti-aging vitamins), which I surmise is also
related to anti-aging
nutrition;
anti-aging human growth
hormone;
(sometimes referred to as HGH
or anti-aging hgh),
anti aging medicine;
anti aging research;
anti aging balm lip mask;
anti aging skin care treatment;
anti aging cosmetic;
anti aging wrinkle cream;
anti aging facial
cream;

So from this short list it
is obvious that anti aging skin care or
facial products are dominating the market
for anti aging products. It’s also obvious that our faces are places
that can make us or break us when it comes to looking good for our age…
or not so good for our age.
However, there are other
factors that can contribute greatly to an anti-aging program. For
example, the discoloration of our
teeth can make us look much older. Why not purchase some Crest
Whitestrips? I did, and they worked great! Also, how about an
anti-aging exercise
routine to keep our weight where it belongs? I once heard someone say
something like, after the age of 40, for every 5 pounds that we are
overweight, it adds a year to our appearance. So if you were 25 lbs.
overweight at the age of 41… you’d appear to be about 46! Oouch!

We all have the ability to
look and feel younger. Spend a little time thinking of an anti-aging
plan that suits you and
remember the things that make us look older and younger… our weight,
our skin, our teeth, our hair and there are plenty of anti-aging
products or
services for each.
Sometimes a new hairstyle
can work wonders! (Guys, this one most likely applies more
to women)
Don't even think about a
comb over. LOL (laugh out loud)
In any case, I thank you
for visiting my anti-aging website and
hope you will bookmark it and come back
frequently.
